 C. Linwood Jackson, host of The Linwood Jackson Radio Show, is Committed to giving good information and content. A former US Army veteran and United Auto Worker, he is passionate about civil rights and community service. In 2012, he was the campaign manager for a candidate for Mayor of Wilmington, De. Although they lost he was able to shine the light on two important issues in our city and offer these solutions.

• Establishing a homicide unit for the city with the 3rd highest homicide rate for a city its size in the nation. And
• Changing the law that allows our kids to drop out of high school at 16 yrs. old and raising it to 18 for a city that has a 60% high school dropout rate.

We still have these problems so he will continue to make them public issues until they change, Using every platform available i.e. petitions, rallies and speaking to legislators etc.

Linwood’s focus has been to effectively utilize his voice for the people to better serve the community at large. Over the years he’s had the opportunity to meet and interview many Sports, Civil rights, Political and Religious leaders. Linwood is passionate about community service and has worked with many civic groups and non-profits including;

  •  Naacp, Serving as Del. State Secretary – Vice Pres. of Wilmington Branch – Chairman of Veterans committee.
  •  CAWAC for change, Serving on the board of Directors.
  • UAW, Serving on the Veterans committee
  • King center, (Wilm., De.) Media Consultant

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends. photography, acting, dance and travel. Linwood resides in New Castle, Delaware.
